Everyone Active Masterclass Booking Terms and Conditions

Our specialist Masterclasses are run by Everyone Active (Sports Leisure Management Ltd). When you book on a Masterclass, these terms and conditions define the agreement between us and let you know what to expect from the masterclass and what we expect from you.  

Bookings

All online bookings will receive a confirmation of booking request via the email address you have provided. No bookings will be confirmed until full payment is received. Places at all masterclasses will be allocated on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment

All bookings must be made in advance of the selected masterclass start date. All bookings must complete an online booking form providing emergency contact details and any relevant medical information in full.

Waiting List

If a Masterclass has reached its maximum capacity, please contact sarahsime@everyoneactive.com to be added to the waiting list.  Should a space become available on the activity, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Our waiting lists run on a first come, first served basis and places will be offered as soon as they become available. Everyone Active cannot guarantee any places for participants on the waiting list.

Cancellation and refunds policy 

All bookings are subject to the right to cancel within 14 calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the payment pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this 14-day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable. If you know someone else who wishes to take your place you are however welcome to request a transfer of the place to someone else.

Should an Alex Danson Masterclass have less than 35 participants booked or a Sasha Corbin Masterclass have less than 15 participants, Everyone Active reserves the right to cancel the masterclass. Customers will be given at least 3 days’ notice and wherever possible Everyone Active will use all reasonable endeavours to offer alternative opportunities. Should this not be possible, or the alternatives are not suitable for the participant a full refund will be given. If the camp is unable to run due to COVID-19 you will be entitled to a full refund.  

Promotions & discounts

From time to time Everyone Active will offer promotions. To receive the promotion, you must enter the promotional code at checkout. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If you have multiple discount codes, the best rate will be offered to you. Everyone Active cannot apply discounts retrospectively and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.  

Masterclass drop off & collection procedures

Parents/Guardians must sign in/out when dropping off and collecting children.

Personal property 

Unfortunately, we do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure children do not bring valuables to any masterclass. Everyone Active will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during the masterclass.

Health and Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any masterclass takes place. Everyone Active staff and all coaches hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear appropriate clothing, footwear, and any additional equipment for their sport e.g. gymshields, shinpads etc when attending masterclasses, these will be explained in detail in our booking confirmation. All children should bring and wear appropriate factor sunscreen during warm weather.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the masterclass and weather conditions.

First aid and medical information

When completing a booking for any masterclass, any medical conditions must be fully disclosed. For any further information you would like to make us aware of please email sarahsime@everyoneactive.com . All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence.

In the event of an accident, a member of staff will administer first aid to children at the masterclass. The emergency services will be called if necessary.

Photography/Videography

Everyone Active may take photographs/film during the masterclasses. The purpose of this media is solely used for training, marketing and promotional purposes. Parents/Guardians that do not wish for their children to be photographed or filmed must state this at the time of booking. Everyone Active will hold all data in accordance with its Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

By signing on the booking form, I am consenting to photographs/video footage taken by Everyone Active to be used for:

·        Everyone Active stories published on our behalf by a third party, including but not limited to online media, offline media

·        Everyone Active advertising published on our behalf by a third party, including but not limited to digital advertising media, offline advertising media (in and out of home),

·        Everyone Active marketing materials including but not limited to, posters, banners, leaflets and emails.

·        Use on Everyone Active’s digital platforms, including:

o   Everyone Active’s, Alex Danson and Sasha Corbin official social media accounts, or the official accounts of its leisure centres

o   Everyone Active’s websites www.everyoneactive.com, www.easportingchampions.com, www.everyoneevents.com, www.everyonespas.com

Data Protection

Everyone Active acts as a data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998. To process your booking, we need to collect personal details about you and all the participants on your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have permission to pass on these details.

Our services are used by people of all ages. Everyone Active may accept website registrations and collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16 we do not allow you to post information about yourself in any Everyone Active forums or community areas. Everyone Active accepts no liability if this instruction is ignored.

Children aged under 16 years must have a parent or guardian’s consent before providing personal information to us. We do not wish to collect any personal information without this consent. Everyone Active will not knowingly market to children aged under 16 years. Proof of age maybe required and retained for access to some services.
